Under the management of Janardan Bhagat Shikshan Prasarak Sanstha. JBSP Sanstha was established in the year 1992 with Hon’ble. Shri. Ramsheth Thakur is the founder Chairman. The Sanstha began its activities by establishing a Primary school named Moru Narayan Mhatre Vidyalaya, Gavhan, Tal-Panvel. Today due to the visionary zeal and dynamic leadership of chairman Hon.ble. Shri. Ramsheth Thakur, the Sanstha runs 21 institutes in Panvel and Navi Mumbai imparting education in varied disciplines from the Primary to Post-Graduate Levels.

B.C.T.V. is the youngest school of JBSP Sanstha and is five years old. With its
sprawling huge campus, the school’s student strength is touching 800. The school has a good infrastructure and individual attention is ensured to the students. The motto of the school is “Knowledge is Power”.
The school’s policies and procedures, financial management and control, academic changes, admissions, the appointment of staff, setting of academic fees and overseeing the other major departments like transport, are the responsibilities carried by Hon’ble.
